Delivery Policy
Once the order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation in your e-mail. Your order will be processed and shipped within two days and you will receive a shipment confirmation with the tracking number. The expected delivery for the domestic orders is 1-5 days, and international orders is 2-10 days. However, Sugarcoat is not responsible for any customs delays as well as any import duties, clearance fees or brokerage fees including any other additional charges for international shipments. Depending on the country of delivery, it might be required for you to pay some of these fees in order to clear customs.
For pre-order items, the estimated delivery frame will be mentioned on the product page as well as the order confirmation.
Exchange & Return Policy
We are pleased to accept timely exchanges/returns of unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged items within 14 days from the date you received your order. However, any charges related to the are the client’s responsibility. Your items must be returned in the original packaging, including any boxes, hangers, garment bags, and other signature packaging materials.
We will e-mail you when we receive your return and refund the price paid in the original payment method once we inspect the condition of the goods. It might take 3-5 business days for the refunds to be reflected on your bank statement.
Items purchased from Sale are also not eligible for return or exchange.
